After placing an order with hetamsterdam.nl you will receive an order confirmation mail. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be updated by an email that includes a track & trace code. For more information, check the 'my orders' section in your customer account.

Returns

Not satisfied with your HET! Amsterdam item(s)? No worries. Return your items within 10 days. Please note that we only accept returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have their tags and labels attached. Use the following steps to return your items quickly and easily.

1. Register your return

Register your return in 10 days by, logging into your customer account. After you have logged in to your account you can request a return for the items you want to return. After completeing this request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes the shipping label.

2. Pack the item(s)

Pack your item(s), preferably, in the original packaging. Attach the shipping label to the box and do not forget to cover or remove the old label.

3. Send the Package

Bring your package to the post office. Remember to keep your shipping receipt.

4. Refund

As soon as our warehouse has received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used during the original order. Please allow up to 10 days for you transaction to process.
